PALASH
Palash S. Islam is the Founder and CEO of Synergy Financial
Group serving as an experienced advisor to High Performance
Professionals™, such as entrepreneurs, professional athletes,
surgeons, and tech executives. He entered the financial
services industry in 2001 in the Private Wealth Management
Division of a Fortune 100 company, where he gained valuable
experience in helping wealthy families define and pursue their
goals.
In 2006, Palash formed Synergy to focus on providing
unbiased, high-quality financial advice for an elite clientele.
He independently researches and utilizes resources of
multiple global organizations to help clients manage wealth
using private banking services. He personally helps develop
and implement tools to enhance personal and professional
growth tailored to each client’s individual needs, interests,
